Originally from Porto Santo Stefano and an architect in Miami. I have always carried the taste of Maremma Toscana in my heart. One day, during a trip to Italy, destiny led me to the food truck, 'Il Tuo Banco.' Right there, at the market, I met Alessio, whose profound knowledge of flavors and culinary delights won me over with his selection of cheeses!
